Terms and Conditions
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) are concluded between the operator of the web store operating on the website www.fitversum.hu
(hereinafter: Web Store) and the consumers making purchases in the Web Store
(hereinafter: Customer).

The Operator sells vitamins, dietary supplements and other health-related products within the framework of the Web Store.
1.2. The Web Store is available to any natural person or legal entity who accepts the provisions of the GTC. By using the Web Store, the Customer acknowledges that he has read the GTC and accepts its provisions.
1.3. The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally amend the GTC, which shall be effective from the date of its publication on the website. The amendments shall not affect contracts already concluded, but shall only apply to future purchases.
2.1. The purpose of the GTC is to regulate the contractual relationship between the Web Store and the Customers, and to determine the rights and obligations of the parties.
2.2. The contractual relationship is subject to Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 (Civil Code), Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) and Act CVIII of 2001.
3.1. In the Web Store, the Customer can order products electronically, via the Internet. Ordering products does not require registration, but is also available with registration.
3.2. The Customer is obliged to provide the data provided during the order accurately and truthfully. The Operator is not liable for any delays or other damages resulting from incorrectly provided data.
3.3. The product information displayed in the Web Store does not constitute an offer, but is for informational purposes only. Placing an order by the Customer constitutes an offer, which is accepted by the Operator upon confirmation, thereby concluding the contract.
3.4. The Customer is obliged to be available at the e-mail address provided and to receive the confirmation e-mail. If the Customer does not receive confirmation, he/she is obliged to contact the Operator.
4.1. The prices of the products displayed in the Online Store are in Hungarian forints (HUF), and the gross prices include VAT in accordance with the provisions of Act CXXVII of 2007.
4.2. The Operator reserves the right to change prices, but the change does not apply to orders already placed. The current price is always the price indicated at the time of placing the order.
4.3. Payment methods: • Online bank card payment: Bank card payment is provided by the secure system of Simplepay. The Operator does not have access to the Customer's bank card details under any circumstances.
4.4. The Operator will send the electronic invoice to the Customer's e-mail address after finalizing the order, which complies with the provisions of Act CVIII of 2001 and Act V of 2013 (Ptk.).
5.1. The Operator undertakes the delivery within Hungary. The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days, which is valid from the confirmation of the order.
5.2. The delivery fee depends on the total value of the purchase, the delivery method and any promotions. The Customer can find out about the delivery fees during the ordering process.
5.3. If the ordered product is damaged during transport, the Customer is obliged to immediately notify the courier and draw up a report. The existence of the report is a basic condition for the subsequent settlement of the damage. The Customer is obliged to notify the Operator of the damage immediately.
6.1. For contracts concluded between distant parties, the Buyer has a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason, as regulated by Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.). When exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer is obliged to return the product in its original packaging, unused.
6.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are already opened by the Buyer and are sensitive to hygiene or health protection (e.g. opened vitamins, nutritional supplements), according to Section 29 (1) e) of Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.).
6.3. The declaration of withdrawal must be made in writing (e.g. by e-mail or by post) and must be sent to the Operator.
6.4. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer must return the product within 14 days, the cost of return is borne by the Customer. The Operator will refund the purchase price and any shipping costs within 14 days after checking the returned product.
7.1. The Operator provides a warranty for products purchased in the Web Store pursuant to Section 6:159 of Act V of 2013 (Civil Code). Based on the warranty, the Customer may request the repair, replacement, or reduction of the purchase price of the product. 7.2. If the defect in the product cannot be repaired or its repair would cause the Customer disproportionate inconvenience, the Customer may withdraw from the contract and claim a refund of the purchase price of the product. 7.3. The details of the warranty and warranty are contained in the warranty card attached to the product, which is governed by Government Decree 151/2003 (IX. 22.).
8.1. The Operator processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) No. 2016/679 and the Infotv. (Act CXII of 2011). The purpose of data processing is to carry out the ordering process, maintain contact and for marketing purposes (if the Customer has consented).
8.2. The Customer has the right to correct, delete, restrict their personal data and object to data processing. The data protection policy is available in detail on the website of the Web Store.
8.3. The Customer has the right to access their data processed by the Operator and to file a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) if they believe that a violation of the law has occurred in the processing of their personal data.

2.2. During order processing:
Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address: These are necessary to fulfill the order, with their help we can send the order, issue the invoice and notify you about the status of the order.
- Payment data: We do not process the bank card data directly, but the transaction takes place through an external payment service provider. We only receive the status of the payment (successful, unsuccessful).
2.3. Data processing for marketing purposes (newsletter, promotional offers):
- Name and e-mail address: If you agree to receive the newsletter, we use these data to send you individual offers and promotions.
- Shopping habits: By analyzing your previous purchases, we can better tailor our offers to your interests.
2.4. Data collected when using the website (automatically):
- IP address: The internet identifier of the user's device, which helps maintain the security of the website.
- Browser type and version: This data helps the website to display correctly on your device.
- Data collected by cookies: This can be, for example, the number of visits, the way the website is used, which we use to improve the website's functions.
The legal basis for data processing is determined by the purpose and manner in which we process your data:
- Registration and account management: The legal basis for data processing is your consent, which you provide when registering an account.
- Order fulfillment: The legal basis for data processing is the performance of the contract between the buyer and the webshop. We need your data to process and fulfill the order.

- Order data: We store your order and billing data for 8 years according to accounting rules.
- Marketing data: We process your data until you withdraw your consent. If you unsubscribe from our newsletters, your data will be deleted from our marketing database.
- Cookie data: The lifespan of cookies varies, browsing data is usually stored for a few months from the visit.
In some cases, it is necessary to transfer data to third parties in order to provide services:
